YOFC Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery Communication
Report actively to jointly foster a fair and just cooperation environment. During the cooperation with YOFC, if supplier partners are aware of or encounter any of the following situations, please report them immediately：

01.Misconduct of YOFC’s suppliers such as bribery, fraud, having affiliated relationships, or insider trading.

02.Employee misconduct involving accepting bribes, soliciting bribes, or using their position to extract undue gains.

03.Unfair or unjust treatment during YOFC’s bidding process, such as being marginalized or misled.
YOFC will keep the reported information strictly confidential, investigate and handle it in accordance with professional procedures.
