    The Only A+H Share Listed Company in Hubei Province and in the Optical Fibre and Cable Industry

    YOFC is a listed company. After listed on the main board of Hong Kong Exchanges in December 2014, YOFC went public again on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 2018, as the only A+H share listed company in Hubei province and in the optical fibre and cable industry.

    With a total share capital of approximately 760 million shares, YOFC has 3 major shareholders namely China Huaxin Post and Telecom Technologies Co., Ltd, Draka Comteq B.V and Wuhan Yangtze Communications Industry Group Co., Ltd., which hold 23.73%, 23.73% and 15.82% of Shares, Respectively.
